Payment: Payment is due upon completion of work unless other payment arrangements have been made in writing.
Flat-Rate Pricing: All pricing is quoted as flat-rate unless otherwise stated in writing.
Service Fee: The diagnostic/service fee covers travel, inspection, and evaluation of the plumbing issue and is non-refundable once services have been performed.
Customer Authorization: By approving an estimate or signing this invoice, the customer authorizes Miller Plumbing Services to perform the work described and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
Workmanship Warranty: Miller Plumbing Services provides a 90-day workmanship warranty on repairs and installations unless otherwise stated in writing. This warranty covers defects in our workmanship only and does not extend to normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, freezing, acts of nature, or conditions beyond our control. Manufacturer warranties apply separately to materials, fixtures, and equipment.
Customer-Supplied Materials: Miller Plumbing Services does not warranty customer-supplied parts, fixtures, or equipment. Our workmanship warranty applies only to the installation performed.
Drain Cleaning: Drain cleaning restores flow by removing the existing obstruction but does not guarantee future performance of the drainage system. Miller Plumbing Services is not responsible for future stoppages or backups caused by grease, wipes, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, food waste, foreign objects, tree roots, deteriorated piping, structural defects, improper use, or any other condition beyond our control after service has been completed.
Existing Plumbing Conditions: Plumbing systems may contain hidden defects or pre-existing conditions that cannot be identified during a visual inspection. Miller Plumbing Services is not responsible for concealed leaks, deteriorated piping, corrosion, code violations, or failures unrelated to the work performed.
Additional Repairs: Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. If hidden conditions are discovered during the course of the work, additional labor or materials may be required. Any additional work will be discussed with the customer and approved before proceeding whenever possible.
Permits: Required permits will be obtained only when included in the agreed scope of work or when otherwise required by law.
Returned Payments: Returned checks, declined electronic payments, or chargebacks may be subject to applicable fees and collection costs as permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability: Miller Plumbing Services’ liability for any claim arising from services performed is limited to the amount paid for those services, except where prohibited by applicable law.
